1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a conversation to understand your vision, budget, timeline, and lot details. Whether you already own a lot or are still searching, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
2. Free Lot Evaluation
Our team visits your property to assess site conditions, topography, utility availability, access, zoning restrictions, and HOA requirements. We’ll help identify any red flags and advise on lot readiness.
3. Design & Planning
We work with you to design a custom floor plan or modify an existing one. During this phase, we discuss:
Home size and layout
Architectural style
Must-have features
Exterior and interior finishes
You’ll receive a preliminary proposal with estimated costs based on your preferences.
4. Budgeting & Financing
Once your design is set, we provide a detailed budget. We’ll also connect you with preferred lenders if needed or coordinate with yours. Our transparent pricing gives you peace of mind before we move forward.
5. Permitting & Selections
We handle all permit submissions and regulatory approvals. You’ll also finalize your selections (flooring, fixtures, colors, etc.) with our team or at our trusted supplier showrooms.
6. Construction Begins
With everything in place, construction begins on your home. You’ll receive:
A dedicated project manager
Regular updates and site visits
Timeline tracking and milestone communication
7. Quality Assurance
We conduct inspections at key stages of the build and keep you informed throughout. Our team ensures your home meets all structural and code requirements — and your personal expectations.
8. Final Walkthrough & Closing
Before move-in, we walk the home together to create a final punch list. Once complete, we deliver your keys, warranty documents, and a home care guide.
9. Ongoing Support
Even after move-in, our relationship continues. We stand behind our work and are available for warranty support and questions long after your home is finished.
